SC Emphasises on Early Enforcement of SIAC's US$60mn Award against Avitel Post Studioz

Coming down heavily on Mumbai-based Avitel Post Studioz Ltd, the Supreme Court emphasised the need for early enforcement of the foreign award by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) without showing any further indulgence to Avitel Post Studioz, the award debtors.
