Sault High students compete on national level for BPA

SAULT STE. MARIE — Twenty-six students from Sault Area High School and Career Center competed at the virtual 48th Annual Michigan Association State Leadership Conference for Business Professionals of America in March.
Of the 26 students who competed in their respective events, 10 Sault Area Career Center students placed to move on to the National Leadership Conference, which took place throughout the end of April and beginning of May.
The students who competed and represented Sault Area Career Center at the virtual National Leadership Conference are Andrew Borowski of fundamental accounting, Bonnie Li of banking and finance, Delaney Cushman of basic office systems and procedures and fundamental word processing, Haleigh Knowles of administrative support research project, Hannah Coneset of basic office systems and procedures, Liberty Wagner of advanced office systems and procedures and advanced word processing, Kaitlyn Edington of health administration procedures, Lillian Tracey of payroll accounting, Mackenzie Anderson of payroll accounting and Sophie Swedene of presentation management individual.
