GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Saugatuck Brewing Co. announced Thursday that it’s buying Creston Brewery in Grand Rapids.
In a news release, Saugatuck Brewing Co. said the sale is dependent upon approval from the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.
“We anticipate a smooth and timely approval from the MLCC and look forward to opening back up to the community as soon as possible,” said Robert Antor, creative content director at Saugatuck Brewing, said in a statement.
