A Santa Maria movie theater reopens today. The Regal Edwards at the Santa Maria Town Center will show its first movie since being closed due to the pandemic. Managers say masks will be required, capacity will be 50 percent, and the theaters will be disinfected between every show. The first movie of the day will be “Mortal Kombat,” starting at noon.
