San Joaquin County opens new, larger evacuation center as flood concerns remain

A group of workers and volunteers spent their Thursday mopping up and clearing space inside a building at the San Joaquin County fairgrounds. They were making room for evacuees who are expected to make their way over from the Manteca Senior Center.
