Samuel Little, most prolific serial killer in American history, dies at age 80
LOS ANGELES, AP – The most prolific serial killer in US history with nearly 60 confirmed victims, died Wednesday in California at age 80, according to authorities.
Samuel Little had diabetes and heart trouble among other ailments and died at a California Hospital. He was serving a life sentence for multiple counts of murder.
There was no sign of foul play, and his cause of death will be determined by a coroner, according to the California corrections department.
After years of killings, Little finally confessed scores of murders to Texas Ranger James Holland during 700 hours of interviews.
