SAM HEUGHAN has left fans swooning after showing off his incredible six-pack on Instagram.
The Outlander star flashed his abs as he worked up a sweat in the sunshine.

And fans couldn't get enough of the pic after he shared it on social media.
Holding two massive weights, Sam revealed that he has been enjoying a trip to Mexico.
But it wasn't all relaxation as he pumped iron in the heat.
Sam said: "Managed to squeeze in a workout, at the end of my trip to Mexico… IN THE JUNGLE!?"
