SALISBURY Cathedral's peregrine chicks have been named after more than 1,000 votes were cast.
This year the names have been inspired by the field of medicine and public health - a theme chosen to celebrate the work done by the Sarum South team, who held vaccination sessions in the South Transept between January and May of this year and all other NHS teams involved in the rollout.
The chicks, along with their parents, were named live on Facebook today. A total of 1584 people voted for the names.
