Salem, New Hampshire Carjacker Arrested — UPDATE

Alton Police said Nathan Saben, 35, of Haverhill and a woman pulled up behind a 2012 black Subaru Otutback on Old Wolfeboro Road around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, pointed a rifle at the driver, and forced him out.
