Sailors read to children in Virginia Beach during U.S. Navy's birthday week

The U.S. Navy is celebrating its 247th birthday this week. On Wednesday, Submarine Force sailors visited Windsor Oaks Elementary School in Virginia Beach. The young students sang "Happy Birthday."
