Most men don't like to talk about their problems especially to their families, friends or colleagues. For most men, the demonstration of emotion, seeking psychological or psychiatric help is considered ‘'unmanly'. Safe Space and Jacaranda FM aim to break the stigma attached to asking for help or support by empowering men with the tools offered in the Panda app.
