Further, the state is expected to receive 2.2mn doses of COVID-19 vaccine between July and early August, in efforts to speed up the rate of vaccination of its people. 
Sabah will transition to Phase Two of Malaysia's National Recovery Plan (PPN) tomorrow (Saturday, 10 July 2021), the National Security Council (MKN) has announced. 
In a Facebook post on Thursday evening (8 July 2021), the MKN shared that this decision came following a meeting of all relevant agencies, including the Ministry of Health which assessed the "threshold values ​​or the threshold of the state of Sabah."
