On Monday, October 2, at approximately 6:45 in the evening Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Economy Inn at 2535 North Michigan Street for a male who was trying to start a fight with other patrons. 46-year-old Ryan Rudd of Coffel Drive in Bremen was found to be the instigator and continued to cause a
