Rwanda plan will cause 'meltdown' in UK asylum system, Refugee Council says

The bill, which passed parliament this week, is a "futile waste of resources" that will see only a "small proportion" of asylum seekers returned to their own country or Rwanda, the UK's leading asylum charity has said.
