Rwanda: Kagame re-elected as head of the ruling party

Paul Kagame, Rwanda's president for 22 years, has been elected for another five years as head of the Rwandan Patriotic Front, the political party he has led since 1998. The 2,000 supporters present at a congress in Kigali voted on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the ruling party
