No resident or property owner in Haryana can be refused membership to the Residents Welfare Association (RWA), according to Agriculture Minister JP Dalal. Dalal, who was chairing a grievance committee meeting in Gurugram, instructed members to ensure prompt conduct of RWA society elections and the acceptance of all residents as members without discrimination.
