Russian governor views economic integration with Belarus as key task amid sanctions

Minsk is hosting a meeting of the working group on cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Ulyanovsk Oblast of Russia on 6 October. The meeting is co-chaired by Vladimir Kukharev and Ulyanovsk Oblast Governor Alexei Russkikh.
