Russia concerned about possible militarization of the Arctic

Moscow, May 22 (Prensa Latina) The special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry and his highest representative to the Arctic Council, Nikolai Korchunov, expressed his country's concern about the possible militarization of the Arctic, the local press reported today.
