Russia announces new level of ties with North Korea

Moscow, Oct 19 (Prensa Latina) The relations between Russia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) have reached a strategic level after President Vladimir Putin met with leader Kim Jong-un, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Thursday.
