Russell Co. deputies to carry AEDs, first aid bags

RUSSELL COUNTY, Va. (WJHL) — Russell County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) deputies will now carry AEDs and first aid bags in their vehicles, Sheriff William Watson announced on Monday.
