Ruling in favor of euthanasia in Peru will not be rejected
Lima, Mar 3 (Prensa Latina) Peru's Ministries of Health and Justice will refrain from approving the ruling to end the suffering caused by an incurable disease, the State Attorney's Office announced.
The attorneys who represent those ministries will not appeal the Ministry of Justice´s ruling in favor of Ana Estrada so that she can be euthanized to die with dignity.
The ruling orders that the Ministries of Justice and Health to respect Ana´s will, so Eduardo Vega and Óscar Ugarte, ministers of Justice and Health, respectively, supported her decision and entrusted this matter to attorneys.
