Ruby Franke will NOT appeal her prison sentence after being jailed for up to 30 years for horrific abuse of her two young children, attorney says

Ruby Franke, 42, pleaded guilty last year to four counts of child abuse but will not appeal her sentence as she takes 'full responsibility,' according to her attorney.
