"Back in March we were seeing predominantly patients from nursing homes. So patients in their 70s and 80s. This time it’s a lot younger patients. We’re seeing patients in their 40s and 50s requiring intensive care and that is rather alarming", frontline staff told the RTE Investigates show as they shared the harrowing reality hospitals are facing.
