And my boss what i do is i empower them when i did work for as an advocate i actually would help them kind of deal with their cases as they were moving along in the process and i noticed the same patterns over and over and over so now what i do because that was really hard to take until we can change things is focus on helping them to heal despite not being able to get justice so trying to find a place of you know faith and finding a place of comfort in yourself to know that you didnt do anything wrong its just that the system is not working well and it needs to be changed and we theres nothing we can do about it right now except to take care of ourselves and hope for the best in the future.
