A HOTEL which breached Covid-19 regulations by illegally opening its spa facilities over the course of three months has been fined £350,000.

The Royal Yacht Hotel, which was represented in the Royal Court by its chief executive James Taylor, was said to have fallen 'woefully short' of its responsibility to protect the public.
The company was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of around £5,000.
