Royal Navy captain is suspended amid claims he 'mentored' female sailors in quarters on board ship

Captain Steve Higham was placed on 'directed leave' in May following allegations of 'inappropriate behaviour' while he was commanding officer of the HMS Prince of Wales' for nine months.
