Royal Courts of Justice blaze which caused chaos in central London was caused by e-bike battery failure, fire chiefs confirm

More than a dozen firefighters with specialist gear from three fire engines rushed to battle the blaze (pictured) at the Royal Courts of Justice on Tuesday.
