Roxborough High School shooting: Fifth and final suspect, Dayron Burney-Thorn, arrested Monday in Germantown

Dayron Burney-Thorn, the fifth and final suspected gunmen in last fall's fatal shooting outside Roxborough High School, was arrested on Monday by police and U.S. Marshals in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, according to authorities. Burney-Thorn had been on the run in the year following the Sept. 27, 2022, shooting that claimed the life of 14-year-old Nicolas Elizalde.
