Rounds, Johnson weigh in on what did and did not make the NDAA

South Dakota’s congressional delegation is celebrating several provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act. The package includes more than $2.5 billion for the B-21 bomber, which will get housed at Ellsworth Airforce Base in western South Dakota.
