A Rowley Regis man who admitted driving without due care and two offences of drug-driving has been banned for a year and ordered to pay £635 in fines and costs.
Mark Andrew Woodbine, aged 29, of Limes Avenue, was driving over the allowed limit with two different drugs in his blood at Buffery Road.
