Round 1: $353G in ad-hoc ARPA grants awarded to area nonprofits

LOWELL — The work of 13 local nonprofits just got a little bit easier with the announcement from the city of Lowell on Wednesday that the organizations had been selected to receive up to $30,000 in ad-hoc American Rescue Plan Act grants.
