Rotary joins hands with Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratisthan Hospital, Kolkata to fight against Covid-19 pandemic
Kolkata, Feb 08 (UNI) Rotary Club of Calcutta Mega City in partnership with Rotary Clubs of Singapore and Singapore North have jointly contributed to the hospital a state of the art Ventilator unit highly efficient to handle Covid patients needing critical care.
Besides this, a variety of Covid Safety Materials like PPE, Sanitiser, Hand Gloves etc. have also been donated.
The entire project is worth about Rs 26 lacs (USD 34,500). The 630-bed charitable hospital set up in 1932 under the Ramakrishna Math is continually serving the poor and needy.
