FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Rotary Club of Fort St. John recently donated $2,250 to Community Bridge, raised with the community’s support at this year’s Rotary Drive-Thru Breakfast.
According to the Rotary Club, this year’s funds will cover three months of Daddy & Me programming, which provides an environment that recognizes the parenting abilities of fathers, and gives them quality time with their children.
The program at Community Bridge is offered once a month on evenings or weekends throughout the school year and is geared towards families with children ages 0-6 years. Activities and events include bowling, gymnastics, and skating, as well as trips to libraries, music schools, martial arts studios, and animal farms.
