CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Roper St. Francis Healthcare officials have announced their plan to begin vaccinating their health care workers once they receive nearly 2,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Chief Medical Officer for Ambulatory Care and Population Health for Roper, Dr. Robert Oliverio, says they are expecting to receive 1,950 doses of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine in the first shipment. Vaccinations will begin Tuesday.
