ROOSE Primary School has proudly put in place benches with plaques dedicated to their much-loved former headteacher, who died from coronavirus last year.
The two benches will be displayed at the front of the school, cementing the legacy of Wendy Jacobs, who died at the age of 58 in March 2020 after being cared for in Furness General Hospital.
Speaking of the benches, current headteacher Jenny Redhead said: "We are so pleased with our lovely plaque, courtesy of GraphixSigns, and bench which are placed outside the front of school for all our community to enjoy and remember.
