Woke up in the mood for an OG burger today, and headed to North May Avenue where I learned that one local burger gem was moving and another had quietly resurrected.
First stop was
Ron’s Hamburgers and Chili, 4723 N May Ave. It’s one of two Oklahoma City metro area locations of the Tulsa-based franchise. Over a chili cheeseburger and Spanish Fries, I was able to confirm the cafe will be moving at the end of the month.
Mayfair Village, in the midst of a major overhaul of the shopping center, notified Ron’s its lease was being terminated as part of the ongoing remodel.
