Romania: ICRC mission contributes to high-level IHL roundtable

In a first for the ICRC in Romania, the mission participated in a annual roundtable, organised by the Centre for International Humanitarian Law of the National Defence “Carol I”, in commemoration of Romania’s National IHL Day.
