Roderic O'Gorman confirms controversial Rosslare IPAS centre won't accept residents until planning issues resolved

The Minister for Integration Roderic O’Gorman has confirmed that no residents will be moved into a controversial proposed IPAS (International Protection Accommodation Services) centre in Rosslare Harbour until planning issues have been fully resolved.
