Rockdale man pleads guilty to manufacture, delivery of fentanyl and other drugs

A 45-year-old Rockdale man pleaded guilty on Friday to seven indictments for the manufacture and delivery of several controlled substances, including methamphetamines, heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl.
