ROCKPORT — A graveside service for Robert M. Jones, Sr., (Bob), 89, who passed away peacefully on December 28, 2020 will be held Thursday, May 20, 2021, at 2 p.m., at Rockville Cemetery, Route 17, Rockport.

ROCKPORT — Robert M. Jones, Sr., (Bob), 89, passed away peacefully at the Sussman House in Rockport, December 28, 2020.
Born in Union, February 1, 1931, he was the only child of Miles L. and Lois Hay Jones. Bob grew up in Union and attended local schools before joining his father in the logging industry. It was said he could load a train car with pulp wood faster than anyone in his day!
