Robert L. (Bob) Kinney, Jr., 91, formerly of Wheeling, WV passed away on Sunday January 10, 2021.
Bob was born on June 25, 1929 in Wheeling, son of the late Robert L. Kinney and Mary (Finch) Kinney.
Bob served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, from 1950-1954. He eventually became a long-time employee at Wheeling Electric (now AEP), as a draftsman.
He was quite active in his church, the Wheeling Chapter of the Community of Christ, as a deacon and as a parishioner.
An avid golfer and bowler for many years, Bob was also an ardent fan of West Virginia University football and basketball, as well as Pittsburgh Pirates baseball.
