YORKVILLE, IL - RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property manager for Bristol Bay of Yorkville, a new-construction build-to-rent (BTR) development by Moda Homes offering 240 rental townhomes in southwest-suburban Yorkville, Ill.
