'Britain's kindest plumber' accused of faking stories about helping vulnerable people and pocketing £10,000 in donations complains to Ofcom over 'witch hunt' against him

Burnley plumber James Anderson has complained to Ofcom after a BBC investigation accused him of using images of vulnerable people without their consent and faked stories of acts of kindness.
