Ringling Bros. Circus is back, but the only 'animal' performer is a robot dog

Ringling Bros,' parent company Feld Entertainment shut down its circus promotion in 2017 after animal welfare concerns, particularly involving elephants, but now the show is back, and reliant on a robot dog performance.
