'Bring it on!': Suburban residents, visitors enjoying first day of the state's full reopening
Chuck Barrett, principal agent at the Frisch & Barrett Insurance Agency in Cary, took his office staff out to lunch Friday at The Tracks down the street to celebrate his secretary's birthday. This is only the second time the group has been out to eat together since the COVID-19 pandemic hit last year.
