Preston Park rockery - Louise Yates
AS SOMEONE who has lived in our city my entire life I strongly disagree with Kenny Lloyd (Problems not new, The Argus, May 20) who says that Brighton and Hove's problems are nothing new.
We used to be a clean and well-kept city but this has changed dramatically with the decline having accelerated in the last couple of years.
Brighton and Hove used to have beautiful and well-kept parks with flower displays in the summer that were enjoyed by the residents.
