"Bridgerton" author Julia Quinn started writing romance novels on the side while studying to be a doctor.
During a "Tamron Hall" interview, Quinn said the decision came while eating Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
Quinn said it would be "the pinnacle" of her career if the Vermont-based company named a flavor after the hit Netflix series.
