Rice University's PRIDE organization offers honorary membership to students at public colleges impacted by SB17 banning

Public colleges and universities statewide will need to comply with Senate Bill 17 in the coming months or lose state funding. The law requires public universities to close their diversity, equity, and inclusion offices. It also bans faculty diversity training and restricts the use of diversity statements.
