Reza Kibria leaves Gono Forum

Reza Kibria, general secretary of Gono Forum, has resigned from the party post and its membership citing personal reasons.
He, however, said he will continue to cooperate with those who are working to establish democracy, social justice and good governance in Bangladesh.
A press release, signed by Reza himself, was sent to the media houses today in this connection.
"I have resigned from the post of general secretary of Gono Forum and my resignation letter has already been submitted to the party President Dr Kamal Hossain," the press release said.
