There were hundreds of instances of car crime in the Bradford district over the past six months
BRADFORD’S worst areas for car crime over the last six months have been revealed through a new crime map.
The map, put together by Co-op Insurance, uses data from the Home Office to map out every incident of car crime in the district in the past six months.
The data reveals more than 1,300 incidents of car crime occurred in the district over the period, more than 200 a month – more than seven crimes a day.
The Eccleshill and Ravenscliffe estate area comes out on top as the biggest hotspot for car crime, with 55 offences reported in the past six months.
